GLOBAL FORMULAS PROTECTION POLICY
Most of our packages arrive extremely fast, but carriers can occasionally lose, mis-scan, or damage shipments. Global Formulas Protection ensures a quick replacement if something goes wrong.
What Is Global Formulas Protection?
Global Formulas Protection is optional shipping insurance covering:
Lost packages
Stolen packages (with required proof)
Damaged items
Replacements only — no refunds.
If You Do NOT Purchase Protection
If you decline protection:
You must file claims directly with USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Global Formulas cannot guarantee replacements for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Carrier timelines apply.
Stolen Package Requirements
A package may be considered stolen if it is marked “Delivered” but cannot be found.
To approve a stolen-claim, ALL of the following must be provided:
Police report filed by the customer
Video or photo evidence (Ring/Nest/security camera footage or clear photographic proof)
Confirmation no one at the address received it
Important:
Carrier delivery photos or GPS-verified scans count as proof of delivery.
Without actual evidence of theft, stolen claims cannot be approved.
Lost Package Policy
A package is considered lost when:
Tracking has no updates for 7 days (domestic) or 20 days (international), or
72 hours have passed beyond the last estimated delivery date with no updates.
Claims must be filed within 30 days.

A product is considered damaged if unusable due to carrier handling.
Photo/video proof is required.
Claims must be filed within 30 days of delivery.
What Is Not Covered

Pre-shipment/label-created statuses
Customs delays
